In the darkening of the days, when the veils are thin, we invite you into the forests’ embrace as we tend to the altar of our collective and individual ancestries through the oracle of community.

Over the portal of All Saints and All Souls Days on Nov. 1st and 2nd, we beckon you in as we honor bright and well ancestors, lean into their support, clear ancestral energies no longer serving us, and heal from the wound of separateness together. We belong to each other!

Honoring Ancestors

Add to the collective Ancestral Altar as we gather to listen and allow the bright and well ones to speak through us.

Logistics:

Lodging:

Everyone will be staying at a gorgeous Ozark Retreat Center about an hour and 15 minutes from St Louis MO. There are a combination of rooms and bed configurations. Most people will be sharing rooms with one to three other people. Onsite camping is also an option. Tents can be set up close to one of the lodges for easy access to bathrooms and showers. Once you register, the address and information on lodging will be be shared.

Food:

We will be serving simple, nourishing lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. There will be vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Light snacks and tea will also be provided. If you have specific dietary needs, please be in touch. Each person is welcome to bring their own snacks and extras as desired.

Timing:

The retreat will begin at 10am (opening ceremony) on Saturday Nov 1st and wrap up at 4pm on Sunday Nov. 2nd. You are welcome to arrive anytime between 9am and 9:45am on the opening morning to get settled in.

Consent:

Everything at this retreat is optional. You may choose to participate in all the guided sessions or you may choose your own path whenever that is right for you. This might include walking the trails on the property, resting in the hammocks, listening to the trees, and meditating in the moonlight.

Registration will be closing on Wed. Oct. 29, 2025 at midnight CT.

Full refunds will be issued on cancellations until Wed.Oct. 8, 2025 at midnight CT. No other refunds will be issued after this date.
