Are you longing to join your song to the collective awakening of Earth and her beings?
You are invited to join us in welcoming the Earth as she awakens from winter slumber. You are invited to pause and honor what has been growing in your heart. You are invited to embrace your unique offerings to the world as it is right now.
This is a moment for rest, for nurturing your body and tapping into community and ancestral care. We are gathering to sing the song of the land, unfurl into our gifts and bloom into our potential as individuals and as family.

Join with others on this flower path and receive an artisanal gift bundle along with a complimentary set of recorded meditations on Blooming.

Retreat Guides:

Paola
Many blessings, my name is Paola de la concha Zindel, and I am a Mexican American womyn founder and co director of the sound Alchemy and Ancestral Arts Academy called THE SOUND BODY Xicome. I am a student and curious explorer of life and existence, Consciousness and Creation, Healthy Relations, Mother Nature, Movement, song, art and Love. I live a life of walking the beauty way and a life of ceremony and prayer striving for right relations in the animal plant mineral humyn and spiritual realms. I have been blessed to bring ceremony and the energy of deep presence through the arts, herbalism, sacred song, dance, silence, and meditation, to assist thousands of people in their healing processes in mind, body, and spirit and to support a more joyous and harmonious life for others.
Kara

Is an embodied and playful facilitator. Through her business, Seed & Spiral, she encourages growing our collective imaginations for liberation through body-based, earth-centered, equity offerings. She is deeply influenced by the Buddhist teaching of the interconnectedness of all beings and facilitates Work that Reconnects gatherings as one way to listen to her body and the Earth. With roots on the east coast, she now lives at the confluence of the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers, on unceded Osage land that is colonially known as St Louis MO. When she’s not working, she spends her time biking in parks near her home, scouting the next best ice cream place, and reading sci-fi fantasy novels next to her kitty.
